We were founded as a boutique law firm in 2008 on the premise that the private practice of law can be used for positive social change. Since then, we have since helped over hundreds of workers receive the justice they deserve.

Helmed by Kelly Chen, our goal is to provide representation for the traditionally underserved populations, including low-wage workers and immigrant employees.
